One-on-one buyer-side advice on a suburb, property or purchase decision. Focused sessions with a licensed buyer-only agent, with the fee agreed in writing before we begin.
What it is
A consultation is a focused, one-on-one session with a licensed buyer-only agent. We help you pressure-test a property, weigh up a suburb or shape a purchase strategy — without committing to full representation. You set the agenda, we bring independent buyer-side input, and you leave with a clearer view of your next step.
How It Works
One licensed buyer’s agent. No seller-side incentives. No advice from the other side of the transaction.
Tell us the decision you’re working through: a property, a suburb or a buying strategy. We confirm whether consultation is the right fit before you book.
We agree the agenda, expected time and fee in writing. You share any context, links or documents in advance so the session is focused, not introductory.
We review the material you share — listing, suburb, comparable sales or your shortlist — and arrive with specific questions and observations.
A focused one-on-one session by video, phone or in person. We pressure-test the decision, surface risks and answer your questions directly.
You receive a short written summary of the key points discussed, the risks raised and the recommended next steps so you can act with clarity.
A focused conversation with a licensed buyer-only agent — not a sales pitch and not a generic webinar.
A buyer-side view on a listing or shortlist you’re considering, including fit, price guidance and obvious risks.
Context on the pocket, street and broader market — demand, supply, growth drivers and what to be cautious of.
Recent sales and listings used to sense-check the price guide, asking range and any pricing assumptions you’ve made.
We surface the buyer-side risks — condition, contract, location, valuation, flood, zoning — before you commit.
How to position your offer, structure the campaign, time your move and avoid the most common buyer mistakes.
A buyer-only view on advice you’ve already received from agents, developers or other parties to the transaction.
A concise written recap of what we discussed, the key risks and the recommended next steps you can refer back to.
Who It’s For
If you’d like us to search, assess and negotiate end-to-end, the Buyer’s Agency service is the better fit.
If you only need price assessment, negotiation or auction bidding, the Negotiation service may be more suitable.
Fees
Consultation starts from $1,000 per hour, with the agenda, expected time and total fee confirmed in writing before the session. We’re paid only by you, never the seller, agent or developer.
If you later engage Amassed for Buyer’s Agency or Negotiation on a related property, the consultation fee can be credited against the full engagement by prior agreement.

Get in touch and we’ll help you decide whether a consultation is the right next step.
Consultation is charged on an hourly basis, from $1,000 per hour, with the scope and expected time confirmed in writing before the session. Most buyers book between one and three hours depending on the decision they need help with.
A specific property you’re considering, a suburb or pocket you’re researching, a purchase strategy, an investment decision, or a second opinion on advice you’ve already received. You set the agenda and we focus the session on what matters to you.
Consultation is one-on-one advice, not end-to-end representation. We don’t search, inspect or negotiate on your behalf. If you’d like the full process handled, the Buyer’s Agency service is a better fit.
Negotiation is buyer-side representation on a specific property: price assessment, negotiation strategy and auction bidding. Consultation is advice and coaching, without us acting on your behalf in the transaction.
Usually within 24 to 72 hours, subject to availability. If you’re working to an auction date or a tight private-treaty window, let us know and we’ll prioritise the booking where possible.
Video call, phone or in-person where practical. Sessions are scheduled in advance with an agreed agenda, and followed by a short written summary of the key points and recommended next steps.
Yes. After the session you receive a short written summary capturing the key points discussed, the questions raised and the recommended next steps. It’s a working document, not a formal report.

No. Amassed is buyer-only. We do not accept commissions, referral fees or incentives from sellers, selling agents or developers. The only fee is the one you agree to in writing.
That’s a common path. If you decide to engage us for the Buyer’s Agency or Negotiation service after a consultation, the consultation fee can be credited against the full engagement, by prior agreement.
You do. Consultation provides independent guidance, context and risk review. The final decision on whether to proceed, offer or walk away always rests with you.
No. Consultation is used by first-home buyers, upgraders, investors, expats and experienced portfolio buyers — anyone who wants independent buyer-side input before they commit.
