Elijah founded Amassed to give property buyers independent, research-led representation before they commit. His experience across investing, development and real estate shaped a simple view: buyers make better decisions when they have their own advice, their own strategy and someone acting only on their side.

Amassed starts with the brief, then tests each opportunity against comparable sales, suburb-level data, inspection findings and risk. The goal is to help buyers understand value clearly, negotiate with discipline and avoid decisions driven by pressure or vendor incentives.

Elijah works with home buyers, investors and interstate clients across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. He brings a practical buyer-side perspective to assessing value, risk and opportunity. His service standard is calm, direct and evidence-led.

Outside client work, Elijah continues to invest and develop across South East Queensland, keeping Amassed close to the market and grounded in real transactions. Client briefs always come first: any property that fits an active client brief goes to the client.

Scott is responsible for sourcing and securing both development sites and quality investment properties. He has deep knowledge of council requirements and zoning, ensuring every opportunity is feasible from the outset.

Beyond acquisitions, Scott advises clients on investment strategies, helping them choose properties that deliver strong long-term growth and returns. His expertise in land and property markets, paired with his hands-on management approach, makes him a trusted guide for investors at every level.

Lachlan is on the ground every day meeting with owners and uncovering off-market opportunities. Focused on sourcing quality sites for both development and investment clients, he plays a key role in driving new acquisitions.
